I can't recommend Jillian highly enough. She successfully sold our house in Atwater while we lived several hours away. She was helpful, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, communicative, and a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. Being hours away from the property, I wanted someone local who could keep an eye on the property and who has local knowledge and contacts for contractors, handyman help, and inspectors. Jillian checked on the property most days, she found people to do inspections and help with work and repairs that were needed and she always kept me informed of where we were in the process and what was coming next. On top of that, she also did some staging of the house which brought it to life and I believe contributed to our getting the highest price for any similar house sold in our neighborhood. She did open houses, had professional photos done and did a great job marketing the house. All of this while being nice, and just a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a Realtor, I highly recommend Jillian; she is wonderful.
